Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026  ·  BSD MGMT LTD  ·  bsdmgmt.agency

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the brands we work with, the ones we decline, and the standards we hold to in everything published on a client's behalf. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who we work with

BSD MGMT LTD provides services to registered businesses only, on a business-to-business basis. Our typical client is a digital creator, personal brand or media business with an established audience and at least one working income stream, operating lawfully in the markets it reaches.

2. Restricted categories

We do not accept clients, and will not produce or publish content, in the following categories:

  • Adult content, sexual services, and platforms whose primary purpose is adult material
  • Gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries and related affiliate offers
  • Cryptocurrency investment offers, token promotions and trading signals
  • Unlicensed financial, investment, legal or medical advice
  • Multi-level marketing, matrix schemes and "get rich quick" or income-claim programmes
  • Prescription or unlicensed pharmaceuticals, and supplements making medical claims
  • Weapons, ammunition and related accessories
  • Tobacco, vaping, nicotine and recreational drug products
  • Counterfeit, replica or infringing goods
  • Content promoting hatred, violence, harassment, discrimination or illegal activity
  • Content that sexualises minors or presents minors in an unsafe way, in any form

This list is not exhaustive. We may decline any engagement at our discretion, including where a brand is lawful but presents an unacceptable regulatory, reputational or platform-policy risk.

3. Advertising and disclosure standards

Everything we publish or negotiate on a client's behalf must be truthful, substantiated and properly disclosed. In line with the CAP Code and Competition and Markets Authority guidance, we will not:

  • Publish a paid partnership without clear and prominent disclosure
  • Make unverified health, medical, financial or income claims
  • Use fake engagement, purchased followers, bots or automated inflation of any metric
  • Use fabricated testimonials, invented endorsements or misrepresented results
  • Impersonate a person, brand, publication or public authority
  • Use another party's trademarks, footage or music without permission or licence
  • Target children with commercial messaging, or use audience targeting in a discriminatory way
  • Attempt to evade platform review, detection or enforcement systems

4. Community standards

Where we manage a community on a client's behalf, we operate to agreed moderation rules covering harassment, hate speech, spam, doxxing, self-harm content and the safeguarding of minors, with a documented escalation path for anything serious. Those rules are agreed during onboarding and reviewed if the community changes materially.

5. Client obligations

  • Your brand and activity may lawfully operate in the markets you reach
  • You hold every licence, permit and registration your business requires
  • Claims made about you or your products are accurate and can be substantiated
  • You hold the rights to all content, footage, music and imagery you provide to us
  • Your accounts comply with the terms of every platform used
  • You disclose any exclusivity, management or agency agreement that could conflict with our work

6. Platform rules apply on top of this policy

Every platform maintains its own policies, which change frequently and are enforced at their sole discretion. Compliance with this policy does not guarantee that content will remain live, monetised or recommended, and we are not responsible for enforcement decisions made by those platforms.

7. Enforcement

If we discover that an engagement falls within a restricted category, or that a client has breached this policy, we may pause the affected activity immediately, request corrective action within a stated period, or terminate the engagement with immediate effect under section 6 of the Terms of Service. Fees for services already delivered remain payable. Where the law requires it, we will report the matter to the competent authority.

8. Reporting a concern

If you believe content or activity we manage breaches this policy, contact info@bsdmgmt.agency. We investigate every report and respond within 5 business days.
